Obstacle detection
The challenge: detect and warn users of obstacles in their path. LTH01 is our first-generation, smart eyewear frame for people with vision impairment, blindness, and spatial perceptual disorders. LTH01 protects the user from collisions with objects at waist and head height. The frame is resistant to water and impact, ensuring safe and confident outdoor activities.
User alerts
LTH01 alerts users of imminent collisions with dangerous obstacles using vibratory feedback. Our algorithms ensure users receive important warnings about obstacle location and distance while filtering distractions. Feedback is transmitted through the eyewear temples. Optional auxiliary vibrating receptors can be worn over the wrist or elsewhere on the body.
Fashion frames with a high tech core
Lighthouse Tech medical device technology is incorporated modularly in the temples of an eyewear frame allowing users to select their fashion frame components. LTH01 modular series is ready to be incorporated into fashion eyewear collections. Talk with our design team to learn more.
