Terms of sale

Orders placed on lighthousetech.ch are concluded with Lighthouse Tech SA, Via Maestri Comacini 10C, 6834 Morbio Inferiore, Switzerland (full details on the Legal notice page).

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) depending on the destination country selected at checkout, and include VAT/duties where applicable.

The contract is considered concluded once we receive payment confirmation from Stripe and send you the order confirmation.

Payment is processed entirely through Stripe at the time of order, via credit/debit card or the other methods available at checkout (e.g. Klarna, Satispay, Google Pay). We do not offer cash on delivery or direct bank transfer.

Orders ship within 2 business days of being received.

In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is with Swiss Post, with delivery in 24 hours (business days). For the rest of the world, the carrier is FedEx: expected delivery times per country can be checked on their website, www.fedex.com.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the formation, interpretation or performance of a sale contract falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lugano, Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the buyer’s country of residence.
